The SEU has begun the process of ending the SEU Upfront SREC Purchase Program once the $3,750,000 allocated to the program has been dispersed to eligible projects. In order to make this a smooth transition the following actions have been taken:
1. The program will stop accepting Part 1 applications on April 1, 2017. Please note that submitting a Part 1 application does not reserve any funds through the program.
2. All systems must be complete, interconnected, and have a valid Delaware State Certification Number by October 15th, 2017. We will not accept any Part 2 applications after this date. If all available funds are dispersed prior to October 15th, 2017 then we will stop accepting Part 2 applications prior to this date.
3. Funds will be allocated to submitted Part 2 applications on a first come, first serve basis.
As of February 8, 2017, $2,956,957.20 has been committed to approved applications. This leaves $793,042.80 for future approvals. Please contact Green Grant Delaware Customer Service with any questions.
