There is currently a residential delayed payment queue of more than 12 months for the Delmarva Power & Light Green Energy Rebate Program. Please be aware that this payment queue continues to grow as we are receiving an unprecedented number of applications for rebate incentives. Over the past several months, DNREC has made a few changes to the documentation required to receive a Green Energy Fund Grant. All Part 2 applications now require a photo of the completed renewable energy system. This photo will be uploaded to the online portal at the same time as all the other documents. Secondly,
Below are lists of Participating Contractors for the Green Energy Grant Program. Only systems installed by the contractors listed here will be accepted into the program. If your Contractor is not on the list, then you can have them fill out the Participating Contractor Application form.

All of the information listed on each of these applications will be needed in order for your application to be considered. The online grant application process for all Delmarva Power customer solar pv, solar hot water, geothermal, and wind grants, as well as all Delaware non-residential and non-profit solar hot water and geothermal grants and the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) Upfront SREC purchase program, will be available at www.greengrantdelaware.com starting at 8:00 EST on August 4th.
A webinar will be held on Friday, August 1st at 1:00 EST to cover the both the new Delaware Green Energy Grant Program online application process, as well as the new Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (SEU) SREC Purchase Program.
