Notice: Delayed Payment Queue for Green Energy Grant Program
There is currently a residential delayed payment queue of more than 12 months for the Delmarva Power & Light Green Energy Rebate Program. Please be aware that this payment queue continues to grow as we are receiving an unprecedented number of applications for rebate incentives. The Department (DNREC) is currently conducting a review and evaluation

Below are lists of Participating Contractors for the Green Energy Grant Program. Only systems installed by the contractors listed here will be accepted into the program. If your Contractor is not on the list, then you can have them fill out the Participating Contractor Application form.
