Do I have to be a Delmarva residential customer to get a solar hot water, geothermal, or wind grant?
Residential customers must be Delmarva Power customers to receive any grants through this program. Delaware Electric Cooperative and Delaware Electric Municipal Corporation have their own residential programs that are administered separately. Delaware Electric Cooperative customers should apply here to apply for residential programs and Delaware Electric Municipal Corporation residential customers can apply here.
